The primal objective of the project plan is to develop an information portal with a capacity to facilitate the exchange of information for e-learning, web design, and web consultancy (browsing) among SME and other regional an international organization nationwide and abroad. for that effect a standardized web design has to be developed and upgrade according to the clients constant changing need and expectations for a positive impact on our technology field in the long run.
